Meet the Team

Opening the doors in 2007, Connie Wolf started Accountable Bookkeeping with the vision of simply helping small business owners understand the basics of accounting, payroll and office organization.

Graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelors degree in business administration and an emphasis in accounting.  Having previously worked for a local CPA firm for nine years, all her work experience during the past 30 years has been in bookkeeping, payroll, accounting and taxes.

Connie is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is a member of the local and national chapter of the American Payroll Association.

She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

When not working on the business, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren

Kristen Miller

Kristen joined the Accountable Bookkeeping team in November of 2018. As part of our payroll department, she has a proven track record of accurately processing multi state weekly and biweekly payrolls, as well as many other payroll related services. She is currently studying to become a Certified Payroll Professional. Kristen is committed to providing excellent customer service to all of our current and new payroll clients.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys volunteering with a few local non-profit organizations, riding motorcycles with her boyfriend and friends, and spending time with her daughter.

Steph comes to us with over 10 years of Bookkeeping experience.  She takes pride in QuickBooks clean up and problem solving.

Her career passion is to provide accurate bookkeeping so small business owners can make wise financial decisions and grow their company.

She is a certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and plans to become certified in bookkeeping as well.

Steph is married with 3 children and 2 fur children.  Outside of work she enjoys watching her children play sports, crafting, camping and hiking.

Tina comes to us with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience including payroll.  She holds an Associates' Degree in computerized accounting management and is a certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor.

Tina is married with a son and 2 dogs.  Outside of work she enjoys reading, watching her son play sports, playing with her dogs, crafts and spending time with her extended family and friends.

Tina joined the Accountable Bookkeeping team in September of 2021.  Tina graduated from Central Penn with her Associate degree in Accounting.  She has been in the accounting field for over 30 years.

Her career passion is to provide small business owners with the bookkeeping tools to make wise financial decisions.  She takes pride in setting up, training and supporting QuickBooks clients.

Tina is married with four children.  Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and spending time with her two horses.

Nicole Kimmel

Nicole has a proven track record of full-cycle accounting & operations management in the construction industry. She currently holds a Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Online Advanced Proadvisor certifications and Fathom Advisor certifications. She likes difficult bookkeeping clean ups and process implementation. Nicole takes pride in educating small business owners on their financials and how to make the most out of their systems.
