Meet the Team

Connie Wolf

Opening the doors in 2007, Connie Wolf started Accountable Bookkeeping with the vision of simply helping small business owners understand the basics of accounting, payroll and office organization. Graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in accounting. Having previously worked for a local CPA firm for nine years, all her work experience during the past 30 years has been in bookkeeping, payroll, accounting and taxes. Connie is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and is a member of the local and national chapter of the American Payroll Association. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.

When not working on the business, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren.

Michelle Stauffer

Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Millersville University. She has 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and in small business ownership. She joined the Accountable Bookkeeping team in 2025 and enjoys developing the marketing strategy as well as aiding the team so they can focus on the numbers.

Outside of work, you will find Michelle reading, making lattes for her friends, and spending time with her husband.

Tina Barley

Tina comes to us with close to 25 years of bookkeeping experience including payroll. She holds an Associate's Degree in Computerized Accounting Management. Tina was born and raised in Lancaster County and has worked with numerous small, family-owned businesses in the past. She enjoys all areas of bookkeeping but has a special place for payroll and really enjoys preparing quarterly payroll returns.

Tina has been married for over 20 years, her and her husband Jay have a son, Colton and 2 dogs, Jackson and Max. Outside of work she enjoys watching her son play football, run track and seeing him learn to fly airplanes. Her family enjoys attending Penn State football games and attending airshows. In her spare time you will find her with her Kindle enjoying a good book.

Cindy Bovich

Cindy has 30+ years of bookkeeping experience, mainly in payroll processing and tax returns. She has previously worked for a large construction company in New York City area. Her goal is to be a valuable part of the Accountable Bookkeeping team.

Her and her husband moved to Lancaster County from Long Island in 2015. When not working, she enjoys camping with her children and grandchildren especially at the beach or in the mountains. She also loves to read, garden and volunteer in her church.

Liz Castillo

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Liz relocated to Lancaster in 2012. Liz began her journey in the world of finance through her own business. After managing the bookkeeping for that venture, she sold the business and chose to stay in the accounting field, where she now focuses on taxes, payroll, and bookkeeping. Liz's goal is to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with hopes of helping small businesses and entrepreneurs thrive.

When she's not working, Liz loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, practicing yoga, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Wyatt Pruitt

Wyatt is a graduate in Business Administration from Lancaster Bible College. He is a detail-oriented bookkeeper with Intuit QuickBooks certifications and hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. 

Wyatt was recently married in December of 2025 and currently lives in East Petersburg, PA. His hobbies include writing, reading, hiking, hunting and fishing. His favorite place in the world is Hearst Castle in California which is close to where he grew up in Fresno, CA.

Sammi Logan

Sammi comes to us with 7+ years of bookkeeping experience. She has worked with numerous small businesses in the blue-collar industry. She has an Associate’s Degree with coursework in Accounting.



Sammi lives in Manheim and is engaged with 3 daughters and 3 cats. When she’s not working you can find her reading mysteries/thrillers or testing new recipes.

Noah Turk

Noah has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State. He has 2+ years of experience in accounting. His background includes individual, business, and sales tax, as well as financial reporting. He joined the team in 2026 and is dedicated to delivering accurate financial reporting. 

Noah grew up in Lancaster PA and enjoys staying active through weightlifting and biking. In his free time, he also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. He takes every opportunity to enjoy nature through hiking and sight-seeing.
